Unilever Arabia gives back to society during Ramadan.

Distributing small meals to those fasting in the mall during Ramadan

Unilever employees across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman embarked on a mission to support those in need during the month of Ramadan.

In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in partnership with Joy of Youth, teams worked diligently to assemble 200 boxes filled with a month supply of food such as flour, oil, pasta, sugar, dates as well as Unilever products, delivering them to families in need.

They also took to the streets, partnering with Saudi National Bank Ahalina, to distribute meals at traffic stops to individuals unable to reach their homes in time to break their fast, ensuring that the spirit of the season was upheld through acts of kindness.

In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in partnership with Emirates Red Crescent, employees recognized the need for sustenance among those away from home during fasting hours. They distributed meals, offering comfort and a sense of togetherness to those who might have otherwise missed the communal breaking of the fast. This gesture of goodwill was not just about providing food, but about sharing a moment of unity and reflection, integral to the values of Ramadan.

Oman saw a similar outpouring of generosity, partnered with Dar AlAtta, Unilever employees put together hampers that included Unilever essential home care and personal care products. These were distributed to families in need, providing not just the means for cleanliness and self-care, but also the dignity that comes with it. It's these small acts that resonate with the core values of Unilever, reflecting our commitment to improving health, hygiene, and wellbeing in the communities we serve.
