Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority confirms the Safety of Lipton Tea Bags

In response to these videos, the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority has conducted an investigation, including a physical examination, confirming the lack of any impurities/foreign bodies in Lipton tea bags.

The following statement has been issued by the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority on 17th August, 2014: “Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority confirms the safety of all Lipton tea products in the emirate, following social media rumours alleging hallucination pills were found in the shipments .”
